Reservations
Please make reservations for class through our online reservation system. You can also call the studio at (510) 526 2FIT. You must have paid for sessions prior to making the reservation.
Payment
You may use cash, checks & all major credit cards. For your convenience, we can keep your credit card information in our secure system to allow for ease of billing.
Certified Trainers
We make it our #1 priority to provide expert trainers with a positive and supportive attitude.
Cell Phones
We kindly request that if you need to make or answer a call that you please step outside or step away from the group and use an indoor voice in order to avoid disrupting the workouts. Please turn off all ringers at the start of the workout.
Special Health Conditions
Please make sure you let us know about any known medical condition or injuries prior to workouts for a safe and enjoyable experience.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a workout, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your workout. If less than 24 hours notice is given the full prepaid amount will be charged.
Drop-ins
Drop-ins are welcome to our active participants providing there is space in the training session. Please reserve your space online in the training sessions to ensure your spot. First time drop-ins are allowed providing the class size is the correct level.
