Start anytime! Get the best results through personal training. You will work one-on-one with your trainer. The first step is to discuss a fitness strategy specifically designed to your needs. If the statement(s) below describes you, then personal training is the best fit:

  • Appointments work best for me
  • I have specific goals
  • A doctor referred me
  • I have an injury or health consideration

4 weeks 45 minutes each 8 sessions………$480

Progressive kick-start programs for new or returning participants. See online schedule for class times and childcare availability. If the statement(s) below describe you, then group training is the best fit:

  • Currently semi-active to very active
  • Injury free
  • Enjoy group training classes

8 weeks 45 minutes each (3x per week)………$350

Session start - February 6-March 30
10:30 am Monday, Wednesday, Friday (childcare available)

 

SPECIAL GROUP PROGRAMS

prenatal & postnatal group sessions

Prenatal & postnatal sessions Woohoo fit enables parents or parents-to-be a way to stay in shape or get their body back post pregnancy. This is an individualized exercise program with childcare available. For more details, please call (510) 526-2FIT.

Meets - 10:30 am Tuesday and Thursday (childcare available for $5 per child)

8 weeks 45 minutes each (2x per week)………$250

Session start - February 7 - March 29

Join group classes after completing the kick-start group program, we offer convenient class times to choose from. Please see current class schedule. Childcare available for the 9:30 am group training.
