1.    15 cherry pickers  
       (reach down touch toes then reach up and add a hop)
       15 sit ups
        repeat 4 x

2.    15 push ups
       15 sit ups
        repeat 4 x

3.    15 plank jump ins 

       (start in plank jump into low squat with hands up)
       15 sit ups
       repeat 4 x


4.    15 burpees
       (cherry picker into plank push up hop in and up again)
       15 sit ups
        repeat 4 x

Total sit ups = 240
    always stretch
total time = under 25 minutes
