For these ladder exercises, you can use chalk and draw on the sidewalk squares the size equal to the
agility ladder at woohoo fit.


right foot lead in one square - in in out out
left foot lead in one square - in in out out
right lead up the ladder - hit each square twice
left lead up the ladder  - hit each square twice
hop scotch right
hop scotch left


alternate above with:
burpees
skiers
push ups
