cardio intense!

30 sec intervals bursts no break in between:
5 x through
back lunge to knee up right
back lunge to knee up left
crab dance (table top position on floor alt kicking legs)
squat to alt leg kick
jump forward and back
tricep pushup (down dog position hands positioned close together)
football feet jump up
ab scissor kicks
plank alt cowboy legs
rest for 30 sec then start again
STRETCHING for 10 minutes
complete in 25 minutes
